Ozone generators are a great tool for the permanent removal of mold and mildew in the home or work place. Removing mold and mildew is easily done by "shocking" the area with a high concentration of Ozone. So high, in fact it is not safe for humans to occupy the same area while it is being treated.

When you return, turn off the machine, open a window and let the ozone dissipate for an hour or so. Vacuum the floor to remove the dead mold spores (a Hepa vacuum cleaner is recommended). This is particularly important if you suffer from mold or mildew allergies. You can then use the room as normal, until you repeat the process the next day.
