Shipping Policies of

Shipping charges are additional on all products.

U.S. Shipping (including Alaska and Hawaii)

We offer all UPS shipping services available to the lower 48 US States and Alaska and Hawaii. At this time we do not ship to any other US possessions or any international locations.

In-stock items normally ship within 1-3 business days, however:
All sales are subject to availability and inventory validation, and you must be at least 18 years old to purchase (select validation box within checkout). To protect your product, all orders are boxed and may require insurance and an adult signature for delivery. These handling fees will be included in the total cost of shipping. Please allow 1-2 weeks to get your order (can vary based upon item availability and shipping distance to destination). Point of origin for shipping is Amherst, NH. You will be notified by Email regarding any additional shipping/handling/Insurance fees and/or any items that are discontinued, on backorder beyond 2 weeks or if you have processed your order with insufficient fees (see #4).

  1. Discontinued items will be deleted from your order as reflected on the shipping invoice.
  2. Orders are held to ’ship complete’ unless backordered items are approved by buyer to ship separately - and will have separate shipping/handling fees. We will make every attempt to accommodate changes to your order, however, due to the order fulfillment and production processes there is no guarantee of changes to "in-stock items" once an order has been placed and sent for shipping/production. Prices subject to change: We will notify you via e-mail of any price increases to your order and require ’your reply with approval’ to process the order for shipping. Any items with a price increase may be deleted from the order and a full credit for the amount billed will be refunded (credited back to same credit card used for initial purchase). Pricing errors will be corrected on the Web site within 24 hours as possible.
  3. Shipping companies charge additional fees for "oversized" boxes if required for shipping.

(Only serious purchases please.) All orders with partially paid shipping and handling fees will be considered "Customer Pick-Up/Will Call" and we will wait for your carrier to contact us for pick-up or for the balance of the fees to be paid so we can ship the order. Any delinquent invoices will be referred for collections and to legal counsel.

All sales are final.

Custom/special orders have a 50% nonrefundable deposit requirement for any work to begin. The full value of the deposit will be applied to the purchase. Once the custom/special order is placed, payment in full is required for production to begin.

RETURNS / Undeliverable Shipment / Order Refusal:
Buyer assumes ownership of merchandise at the time order is ’picked-up’ by a shipping company. Please remember to check your product as soon as you receive it, and if there is any damage you must notify it to the same person who is delivering the product to you. Never sign any paperwork where you say you have received your product in good conditions if there is any damage. We automatically buy insurance for all orders at the full value of the purchase. This will allow you to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount insured. (If you have no insurance and sign for the delivery as in good condition, if anything is broken you would have little recourse.)

All shipping / handling fees are the responsibility of the Buyer and therefore do not qualify for credits.

Please notify us of any product you think may be defective, within 24 hours of delivery. This product will be repaired free of charge and returned to you at no additional cost. Please return it in it’s our original shipping box/container.

When returning product, please use a traceable package delivery. i.e. UPS GROUND or USPS PRIORITY with delivery confirmation. You have a 30 day money back guarantee for any reason and may return your purchase in re-sellable condition for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges). The original order Invoice (or packing slip) is required for all returns as proof of purchase.

Credits are applied to the Buyer’s credit card used for purchase and is based upon the item purchase price only. Refusals and undeliverable shipments will be restocked and assessed the 20% restock fee and the remaining 80% of the purchase price will be credited to the Buyer’s credit card used for purchase (a new order would be required for purchasing these items again, subject to availability and price).

Items received in abused condition will be returned to the Buyer at buyer’s expense (buyer sends call tag). Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for credits to be issued.

All sales are final after 30-days.

All returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of purchase. Returns delivered after 30-days from purchase date are not processed. Buyer must submit (mail) call tag to gave items returned. Some products may require shipping via common carrier. Delivery time for orders exceeding 500 lbs. may take longer to ship. We will contact you as to the actual ship time and coordinate the arrival of the shipment with you.

By buying, Buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with local laws on the purchase and possession of this product. It is the responsibility off the Buyer to determine that it is legal for this product to be sold to them and to be shipped to his/her address. The Buyer releases the seller of any and all liability, claims, damages or suit. The Buyer releases the Seller of any and all claims or suits for liability and/or damages, including any claims for the Seller’s own negligence, and Buyer agrees to indemnify Seller against any such claims or suits for liability and/or damages related to Buyer’s purchase of any product(s) from Seller.

CA. Residents note: Ozone generators are no longer allowed to be shipped to California residences, pursuant to AB 2276 (Air Cleaner Regulation) . If you would like to purchase one of our ozone generators in California for an industrial application like mold and mildew remediation or odor removal in unoccupied spaces, contact us for one of our industrial supply outlets near you.

Please Remember: All Ozone Generators, regardless of manufacturer, are an electronic appliance containing electrical parts and connections. Your generator will become damaged, your warrantee voided, and the ozone output lessened if immersed in water or operated when humidity (moisture in the air) is above 60%. Lowering the humidity can often be accomplished by simply running a dehumidifier or air-conditioner in the room to be treated.
